In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 business apps on the Android platform in Germany showcased varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Microsoft Authenticator experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at around 28K in early April and seeing a dip to approximately 18.7K in early May, before rebounding to around 23.5K by the end of June. Active users showed a general upward trend from 837K to over 885K throughout the quarter.

Microsoft Teams maintained a consistent download pattern, peaking at about 26.4K in early April and stabilizing around 20.6K by the end of June. Active user numbers saw a significant increase from 477K at the beginning of April to over 610K by the end of June.

Zoom Workplace showed a stable revenue stream, averaging around $4.5K to $5.1K per week. Downloads peaked at around 22.9K in mid-April, with a slight decline to approximately 16.8K by late June. The app’s active users fluctuated, peaking at about 989K in late April and ending the quarter around 860K.

Indeed Job Search saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting from around 15.5K in early April and reaching approximately 22.8K by the end of June. Active user numbers also increased steadily, from 567K to over 645K by the end of the quarter.

BA-mobil had consistent weekly downloads ranging from 9.6K to over 13.5K. Active users showed an upward trend, starting at 89.5K in early April and peaking at around 102K in mid-June before slightly declining to 95.7K by the end of June.
